Export SWOT

Strengths and Weakness for Export

To know the strengths and limitations of your company can be a deceisve factor for success. For an overall Self-assessment, we recommend using the eubizz.net online self-assessment tool.

The export-related SWOT-analysis is used in the eubizz.net trainings that are organised by the Hanseatic-Parliament.

The aim is to assess the competition situation on the basis of the analysis of internal strengths and weaknesses and identify the relevant fields of activity. The SWOT-analysis combines the internal situation of the enterprise with the external market/competition situation. It checks to what extent the current corporate strategies and the specific conditions are capable of responding to foreign and self-initiated changes on the market within the corporate environment.

The document by Udo Kiel & Alexander Frevel is available in German, Enlish and Polish. It is used in the trainings that are organised by the Hanseatic-Parliament.
